Alycia Brown

Alycia Brown, Trades Recruitment Specialist — Your Trades

Trades Recruitment Specialist

As a people-first professional with a dynamic background across airlines, customer service, and traffic control. My career has allowed me to thrive in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments where clear communication, calm decision-making, and genuine human connection are essential.

I’m known for bringing warmth, efficiency, and a solutions-focused mindset to everything I do. Whether coordinating complex operations or delivering standout customer experiences, I take pride in making people feel supported, heard, and confident.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me lost in a good book, soaking up the sun at the beach, or planning my next travel adventure. I love exploring new places, cultures, and perspectives — curiosity and growth are at the heart of who I am, both personally and professionally
