Having worked closely with blue-collar workforces throughout her career, she has developed a genuine understanding of the people, pace and demands of the construction and labour hire industries, making her a natural fit for recruitment.

With extensive experience supporting busy operational teams, coordinating workflows, managing administration, resolving day-to-day challenges and communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, Shannon has built exceptional organisational skills and a solutions-focused approach. Her ability to work efficiently under pressure, while maintaining accuracy and professionalism, translates seamlessly into the fast-moving world of recruitment.

Shannon’s hands-on experience across warehousing and logistics has also given her a strong appreciation for the importance of reliability, safety, teamwork and matching the right people to the right roles. Away from work, Shannon has competed at an elite level in rugby league, representing teams at the highest level both nationally and internationally. This experience has instilled discipline, resilience, accountability and a strong team-first mentality—qualities she brings into her recruitment career every day.
