YOUR Trades Requirements; We are seeking a reliable and experienced General Labourers to join our team. As a General Labourer, you will be an essential part of the construction process, providing support to tradespeople, handling materials, and ensuring the job site is safe and efficient. This role requires physical fitness, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with general labouring duties on construction sites, including site preparation, material handling, digging, and site clean-up.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and tradespeople to ensure work is completed to a high standard.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to site safety protocols and regulations.
- Assist in unloading and distributing materials on-site.
- Support the team with other tasks as needed.

- Have a valid Construction Safety card
- Have Reliable transport
- Have Working references
- Have Australian experience
- Physically fit and capable of handling heavy lifting and manual tasks.
- Strong commitment to safety on the job site.
- Ability to work well as part of a team, with good communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours.
