Are you a skilled and reliable professional with a strong work ethic and a passion for quality finishes? We are currently seeking experienced renderers and rendering assistants to join our dedicated team on the vibrant Gold Coast.

YOUR Role:
- Apply skim render to building facades, including detailed work from footings to slab edges, ensuring a high-quality, uniform finish that meets architectural and structural specifications.
- Work with reinforced render block-work, interpreting plans and contributing to structurally sound and aesthetically pleasing finishes in both residential and commercial projects.
- Support lead renderers with day-to-day tasks, including mixing materials, setting up equipment, and assisting with application processes to maintain productivity and workflow on site.
- Carry out thorough site preparation and clean-up, including handling and transporting materials, maintaining a safe and organised workspace, and ensuring compliance with WHS standards.
- Previous experience in rendering or as a rendering trade assistant
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- White Card and personal protective equipment (PPE) required
- Must be able to travel to sites in Main Beach and Tweed Heads
- Immediate start with ongoing, full-time hours
- Supportive team environment with internal training and guidance
- Involvement in some of the Gold Coast’s most iconic developments
