Are you an experienced Watercart / Roller Operator looking for consistent, ongoing work? YOUR Trades is currently seeking reliable and skilled operators to join reputable civil contractors on a long-term projects based in Ipswich.

YOUR Role
As a Water Cart / Roller Operator with YOUR Trades, you'll play a key role in supporting civil construction works on a busy infrastructure project. This is an immediate start with ongoing work available for the right candidate.

Duties may include:

• Operating a Water Cart to maintain haul roads and control dust
• Operating a Roller for compaction works
• Completing daily pre-starts and basic plant maintenance checks
• Working alongside site supervisors and civil crews
• Assisting with general civil labouring duties when required
• Maintaining a safe and productive work environment

YOUR Experience To be successful, you will have extensive experience working on Australian civil construction projects and be confident operating both a Water Cart and Roller.

Essential:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Civil Construction
• Minimum 2 years' experience operating a Water Cart
• Minimum 3 years' experience operating a Roller
• Current HR Licence (essential)
• Construction White Card
• Reliable transport and current driver's licence
• Own PPE
• Strong understanding of site safety procedures
• Ability to work well within a team
• Two recent work references
• Australian civil construction experience
